Dave and Kimber fell in love through Art and Music and wanted to share it with their community. 

In 2013, they began homebrewing for their band rehearsals and hosted parties giving it away to all their friends. To further their craft knowledge, they entered their beers into West Coast home brewing competitions and won many awards.
Although the Free Home Brew Movement was fun, the community thought their creations were worthy of paying for. 

In 2018, Dave and Kimber decided to go pro with the formation of Art Bop. They took a 1960s auto garage and transformed it into a brewery, art gallery, and beer garden.

In 2020, in the wake of the Almeda fire, Dave and Kimber persisted through fire and pandemic by launching an outdoor beer cart serving tasters and to-go only due to the government lockdown in response to Covid 19.  Amongst some of the greatest challenges a small business owner can endure, their community support was so encouraging, they were able to stay optimistic and continue their dreams.  

After a successful four years of pouring delicious craft beers and supporting local artists, they looked towards an expansion in 2025.

In 2026, they look back not only on an amazing time in the Brewing Industry but also an old auto garage across the street. ART BOP found a NEW HOME in the most central location in the Historic District of Talent. They picked up their Pilot Brewery, did some epic crowd funding and moved their Brewery and Beer Garden to 102 TALENT AVE.

From Tire Shop to Cafe to now Brewery and community hub, Dave and Kimber believe that a small batch brewery can cultivate great things for a small with a big heart.
